We are part of the Sheffield Sufi Association, but have links also to Bawtry, Doncaster, Goole, Nottingham Retford,  and York ( and the places between).

We aren't saints, but we are a group of sincere spiritual seekers meeting two or three times a week in Sheffield or as invited (see photo below of a few of us holding a meditation meeting in Derbyshire).

          WHAT IS LOVE?  – this button will lead you to a short series of beautiful talks on the nature of and longing for Divine Love.

LOVE’S ENEMIES  – there are 4 key enemies that stop us from feeling the Love that flows to us and in us.  These are

1)    Our Egos  – (especially false pride)

2)    Materialism  - this world’s attractions and the pitfalls of envy, greed and over-attachment.

3)    Gusting Passions (anger and lust)

4)    Satan  – the presence of evil and trickery – and how to protect yourself.

        SUFI WAYS TO LOVE   – Sheikh Nazim shows us 3 main ways,

3)    Spiritual Practices  – these include worship, meditation (dhikr) and formal and informal  prayer (salat, and du’a)., and Charity
